The IX Seminário Web Currículo will take place on November 17 and 18, 2026, promoted by the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) through the Graduate Program in Education: Curriculum, from the Faculty of Education. Held since 2010, the Seminar has established itself as a benchmark space for scientific dissemination, academic debate, and the development of researchers, teachers, administrators, students, and professionals interested in the relationships between curriculum and technologies.
In its ninth edition, the event aims to foster dialogue and the dissemination of knowledge on policies, concepts, practices, and research focused on the integration between curriculum and technologies, with a special emphasis on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, curricular and digital sovereignty, and open science. By bringing together participants from various fields of knowledge and levels of education, the Seminar encourages the exchange of experiences, the dissemination of research results, and the strengthening of academic and professional collaboration networks.
Paper presentations will take place during dialogic sessions designed to stimulate critical reflection and the exchange of knowledge on theoretical foundations, research methodologies, and educational practices mediated by digital technologies across different contexts and learning modalities.
The event program includes keynotes, panel discussions, and scientific paper sessions organized around thematic tracks, including teacher education in digital culture; ethics and digital responsibility in education; educational and curricular innovation; curriculum and technologies in emerging contexts; public policies in education; curriculum, knowledge, and culture; artificial intelligence and education; hybrid education; open schooling; and open science.
Thus, the IX Seminário Web Currículo reaffirms its commitment to the production, circulation, and popularization of scientific knowledge, contributing to the advancement of research and educational practices committed to a democratic, innovative, and socially relevant education.
